I had my tooth extraction done at Riu Dental Care, and I had a very positive experience. The doctor, nishi kumar was great, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit, and the staff member who helped me was also very supportive and even helped reduce some of my overall expenses. I really appreciated the caring service and would recommend this dental office to others.

I went to the clinic thinking I needed a root canal, but the doctor carefully checked and explained that it was just a cavity and only needed a filling. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism instead of suggesting unnecessary treatment. The procedure was smooth, painless, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this clinic for trustworthy and quality dental care!

The entire team was patient, gentle, and very child-friendly, which helped my daughter feel comfortable and less anxious during every visit. I almost feel bad writing this after reading all the good reviews online, which is what made me want to come here. For starters, upon scheduling my appointment online for Saturday March 7th at 1 PM, which was shown to be the earliest appointment available; I received four calls within the span of one hour along with a couple text messages indicating that the time was an inconvenience for the doctor. All after I had kindly asked to, please contact me via text message due to my work . I arrived 15mins before 12pm. The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite . I was seated 10mins after my scheduled time which is not a big deal , I didn’t mind waiting at all but this however does matter as my cleaning was so rushed , it was honestly nowhere near a proper prophylaxis. If anything I dare to say it was more like a supra prophylaxis. My hygienist who unfortunately also didn’t introduce herself and later I had to ask the front staff for her name, started at my lower left quadrant and stood working for what felt about 10 minutes on the lingual surface . She later on jumped between quadrant to quadrant without any real order with the same ultrasonic scaler skipping over several teeth
